Aicha is useless, complete waste, everyone knows it, including her
If you fire everyone who ever made a mistake. Eventually you'd have no one left. My logical mind says we need to give people opportunity to learn from their mistakes so they can earn back what they lost. My emotional mind says she hasn't done anything successfully, so we shouldn't risk giving her another chance. She's not the only incompetent exec or VP at Intel though.

We would have done better by having a chimpanzee throwing darts at the WSJ stock page and then dividing up the $10B equally amongst those picks. This bth just flat blew the money. She is pretty stupid for letting BK talk her into staying. Even if she is a great leader, nobody will ever give her credit. She could have easily been a high profile exec at dozens of other high tech companies. She will always be that token black Intel exec who has never earned her keep.

She's a token poster child for Intel and worthless. If she were a white male, they would have walked her a longtime ago. BTW; earlier thread about how she said that Intel is not a government job, well she is confusing Intel employees with her fellow black relatives who are sponging off the government on welfare and food stamps.
