Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Will all VSP convert to ISP after June 2?

If that happens will that be selective such that some orgs will have more such conversion while others will have less? Will managerial input matter or HR will impose it?

Cuts are being imposed by HR SQL queries.

One wonders why the company even needs an HR department if that's the process. Might as well ISP Richard Taylor if a computer can do his job for his comp package.

That is the general thought process. The company will look at it as if they had given VSP candidates a great opportunity to leave. When they do not get the expected numbers, there is high probability many VSP will be converted to ISP.

Up in the air. HR is filled with Lawyers who do as BK tells them. This is blackbox ops. Good luck

managers here are trying to formulate a staffing based on current known ISP/ERP numbers. It will all go out the window after 2 June. I'm VSP eligible and have been offered a placement on shift, but in a dead factory. Truly is Charlie Foxtrot SNAFU.

If your BU didn't achieve the % of cuts that were needed! then yes. It's based on that
