For those getting RA'd today, please read the Cringely article at http://www.cringely.com/2016/04/06/is-ibm-guilty-of-age-discrimination-part-2/ File an EEOC action. I think you can do it even if you signed the agreement, but take a stand and don't even sign. File the action, it's the only way to get revenge on IBM and their lawyers, who are probably smirking at you right now.
