The last ISP had several appeals. Some appeals allowed the employee to extend the time frame by six months, but no appeals were successful. The obvious reason: they would be laid off this ISP go around.
Anyway to question past performance as part of the appeal.
I.e. In 2015 you received ssl4 while on MLA?
Send an email asking for the appeal form to the address. You'll get a reply with the form. Fill out the form and send it back. Wait to be rejected again.
The information on how to appeal is in the documentation provided during your ISP meeting with HR. You have 7 days from that meeting to submit the appeal.
