The leadership, skills and culture that Intel needs to reinvent itself are simply lacking...driven out by the same people and culture that created the mess in the first place.

Bain and Co ain't gonna solve this.

Yeah but the big question is whether the stock will have blip in price upwards.

I need to get my shares out of Intel.

The next 3 years will tell the tale. Honestly, I don't see that the current "plan" is going to work. Client share will continue to shrink due to lack of silicon integration for what is becoming a mobile-only market. Intel will get trampled by competitors willing to accept lower margins in the datacenter and networking markets. IOT is a losing battle due to lower margins and the same lack of integration that cost Intel the mobile market. That leaves memory: 3D NAND is a race to the bottom and 3D XPoint is still a no-show after a paper launch a year ago.

Yes I have this visual - intel carcus bloated and rotting, very high grade levels and consulting firm dirty birds feasting upon it....

This obvious form watching the vultures devouring Intel and is only going to get worst (ie managers, VPs, and execs)

That's exactly what happens when you have a bunch of dumb asses in charge. What were BK' accomplishments to grow the company and bring in revenue the last three years? We all know he spent a helluva lot of money with no ROI.
