Those impacted by ISP, have you received your severance “Variable Separation Pay” package/details yet in the mail?

I may be wrong, but I believe VSP stands for Voluntary Separation Package

My WARN letter said 3 weeks, which was today.

I have nothing yet.

1zxk some form you sign to say that you'll never sue Intel for the layoff plus probably some other BS termination info. Only after you sign and return the form will you get the lumpsum payment.

I called the transition phone line this morning and was told the packages go out this week. Lump sum and cobra package goes out a week after 5/30.

@ vbb, I don't think so (especially for SPP) but could be wrong.

Thanks. How do you know it was supposed to arrive by 5/14? Documentation given in the 1:1 states “within the next three weeks”. Just curious, the three week mark for me is around the corner.

Nope. Was supposed to have arrived by 5/14. Once again Intel is late.
