Beverage and snacks conglomerate PepsiCo opted to move its employees out of Somers, where it had a presence in various forms since the 1980s, and relocate them to southern Westchester. Today, an email was sent to employees at both sites.

Both are under-utilized and under-capacity...

North Castle is a more attractive site in terms of location - proximity to NYC, White Plains, etc.

Lots of renovation needed in NC site so target is 1Q17.
