Her income is a lot higher than mine. Should I accept her VSP? I am afraid if I don't accept, it will turn into an ISP/divorce later.

If you don't care about dignity just wait for ISP and then continuously appeal.
Sounds like either case you will be replaced with a younger, a less experienced, and a less expensive one, but with more energy. Or you may be replaced with 2-3 lower grade levels. And if you are an older guy, good luck with getting someone else to hire you. Sorry man (or woman).

Merciless standard deviation ... Please keep in mind that ISP makes you eligible for unemployment benefits. On the other hand VSP gives you a chance to be rehired but you'll be asked to return some money, so .... ISP, for sure !
