2000 out of 8000 people is 25%. It seems quite massive considering the fact that India would be a low cost development center. Are you sure the 2000 number is correct ??

I used to think that ISP was illegal in India.

Then the VSP package is a good deal and it is very easy to find another job in Bangalore.

So I guess lots of people that were proposed VSPs accepted.

But what is your source of information ?
