SSG have a lot of faulted business models that don't really contribute to intel bottomline but justify the existing employments. Most managers do not have true business sense. The cutting force will have to come from outside.

I heard SSG should be cut to less than half now that Broxton/Sofia are not there for mobile and there is little work for this group. This translate to there would be NO impact if SSG is gone tomorrow.
SSG will be targeted in the next round bug time.. VSP'S are strongly asked to consider taking it ..
I was in SSG and i can tell you that BIG cuts are coming. Managers are in budget meetings all the time. Its a big cut and it is taking them a while to figure out how to handle it. If you're in SSG and offered VSP you should take it.
Maybe renee will buy ssg and be ceo
