@pjs - ERP goes to everyone who is retirement eligible, including VPs and fellows; it does not have a performance component like VSP or ISP. Our VP got ERP as well.
We need spans and levels right after ACT is done.
There's one Intel fellow from our group who got (presumably) an ERP...fellows are supposed to be for life...what's Intel come to?

Multiple VP's have announced that they're leaving. I know some are very good, but still, when you're a VP you don't get an ISP/VSP. You just come to an understanding that it's time to leave the company.
A few director level guys went down in IT
I assumed he was good isn't this what type of people these layoffs are targeting.
They would have gotten rid of the "IR"s already.
Mine did - unfortunately. He was a good one.
