Remember a few years ago when Intel was making mobile chips at a loss (hahaha).

man, i can tell you that reading those posts makes me feel the pain those high tech sector workers are going thru. People are not happy at intel, i can tell that. I company that manages to hire and not plan ahead then take the easy way out in reducing head count and reducing ovehead is clear signal on management failure and sh--ty leadeship. I used to work in the high tech sector at a company that competes with intel. I'm in the energy sector now and i'm very happy........get out of the semiconductor if you can, it's is a crappy industry that breaks even in good time and looses money in hard times. Only execs get to take advantage of this, the rest of you doesn't matter. Besides, all those people from india and china are in the industry as well this yields to planty of high tech- hi qualified labor for next to nothing, so why bother....outsourcing is good an bad at the same time, i made my choise i'm out of the industry. and F--- Intel!
