Not able to decide should I leave Intel.. Didnt got any ISP , VSP , but atleast wont be that worried having backup plan..
Any way to collect VSP/ISP package :-p ??
Don't leave Intel until you are forced. Other companies are brutal. They squeeze each minute out of you. Also SFO commute is worst. Work/life balance @ intel is great. Enjoy till you can.

Likely, yes. Your group probably has a reduction target that still won't be hit with existing VSPs exiting so they will need more. Can't hurt to volunteer and see if you can get it.

your manager can't just offer you VSP or ISP unless they've been told by their parent org to model headcount reduction by a certain percentage - like 15% percent or so (btw, this very thing is happening in my org right now), then you could put a bug in your managers ear and tell him that if he has any packages come his way, could he give you one. If he's in a situation like this I bet you guys could work something out. It prevents him from having to fire someone and you get a bonus.
It would certainly be icing on the cake if you could manage to snag a VSP or ISP offer
