When are program-based reductions going to start? If there are any managers here, could you let us know if these reductions start after June 2 (after HR gets the total number of employees leaving based on VSP/ERP offers).
In the US, so far:

ISPs - were informed April 25-29

VSP/ERPs - received their offer on April 25, accept by June 2 and leave on June 24

site closures - informed late April

project cancellations - I heard employees working on some of the cancelled projects or closed departments were informed informally by their management. They are looking for internal positions. When is their last day? When will they get formal notice by HR?

program efficiencies - organizations got targets such as 10%, 20% etc. How will this be implemented? What is the timeline? According to ACT, anytime before end of June. Can you provide any specific info? after june 2 or close to june 30?? waiting is tiresome...
