Maybe if you could form a proper sentence with correct grammar and punctuation these slothful managers could understand you and better appreciate your technical genius.
The problem as I see it is a lack of vision and leadership. The constantly changing road maps and re-orgs are proof of this. Look at the last open forum they had. He was talking about continuing to win in the PC space while chasing drones.
There is no effort by managers to actually manage their groups. It's all "do as I say, or else". The concept of thought no longer exists. It's very evident that managers refuse to even listen to their employees.
Intel is no longer a result oriented company.
