Really, you haven't noticed that 1/2 of MCM has left since BK took over?

agree with @trw - Execs know the plan at least a quarter in advance, so when you see Execs suddenly leaving to "pursue other interests", that's your queue that something big is about to happen with h/c reductions. Those execs are leaving because either they don't agree with the company direction, or they don't want the stress of facing the layoff and they simply don't want to be a part of the action. Also, they leave before any of the announcements citing "layoff due to performance" and are insulated when looking for new positions elsewhere because they can technically say, "I left before the layoffs began".
Doug Davis, Kirk Skaughen are some publicly known exits courtesy Murthy. But otherwise the question is valid. While foot soldiers are publicly walked out, why aren't grade 9+ managers? Especially double digit graded ones.
These execs will never admit to their own failures. They will blame the failed execution of their plans on others.
Several Execs already left before the layoff. Right before. I am guessing it was due to the fact they didn't agree with the "plan". This dawned on me when BK announced the layoffs and said all execs agree. Yeah. That's because anybody who didn't got the boot or quit.
