Wait....Altera is Intel now, so you can't get hired there post-ISP/VSP, right?
Because they don't know who they need to keep yet and they don't have focal data.
Just spoke with 1 manager there who jumped from intel .. theyr safe for 3 years..they r actually on hiring spree.go there before its too late...u get 3 years to search outside..☺

intel employees worked hard to payfor altr acquisition. .altr employees got atleast 15% raise..no vsp isp for them...they will enjoy fat pay checks while we work hard work and constantly worry abt our future.
They have 3 years of honey moon now.
Wait 'till they go through several focal processes and then they too will be out the door.
