Engineer works hard day and night weekends.gets peanuts..if does one mistake.gets IR.and then out of company.
This is not abt intel..just any company.
Exec comes makes moonshot promises and delivers.sh--....gets fat checks.and if exec cant do politics and cant sustain big dogs..gets golden parachute..joins other company and scrws other company..this is vicious cycle actually.
one thing to note these intel.execs cant survive one day at.company like Google or apple. They just dont have that capabilities..u see rani borker..if she was good any company wud have hired her by now as some exec..but this cant hapen..they are just milking intel.cow.
Have you seen any exec selected as bod at any good company..
