Should I take the VSP that was offered to me? Even though I know Intel is targetting white males over 50, they ISP'd my buddy Sheldon (big bang theory) in the middle of making another stupid commerical for TV. I figure sooner or later I will me walked as well.

@tky, whateva, I'm just over 30 and already have my home paid off, thanks to actually working hard and being rewarded for it, instead of expecting people to take care of me.

Nobody stated doing our jobs correctly and staying at one grade level for a long time is determental.

Maybe we were too focused on our work and didn't ask how to get to the next level. But the ceiling gets low when get to higher grades especially on the technical track

Maybe they're targeting white males over 50 cause they're lazy and complacent people who think they're entitled to everything, and naturally get the low performance ratings.
