VSP vs ISP package for 12 year experience?

Is there any difference in the compensation?

it sucks but that's the smart thing to do in the business world. Get rid of the old geesers and the wage they were getting can be used to hire 2 younger people with newer education...

Word around the office is the ISP is somewhat less than VSP. And those of us on the "list" got a threatening letter from f---boi sohail telling us in no uncertain words that the offers will be going down from here, thus indicating himself that it's all downhill from here. I am the only person I have found taking the VSP, most everyone says they will wait for ISP. But with so few people taking the bait it's hard as hell to believe they won't turn around and keep cutting in July. Also let's be perfectly clear- THERE IS NO HEADCOUNT REDUCTION- they are hiring new folks to replace the older higher paid workers. The fact that I see reqs on indeed for <1/2 what I make is f---ing infuriating. Best of luck to everyone as we venture off into the unknown. Glad the housing market is hot right now.

Minimal. Just be very happy you are getting out of Intel.
