No way.
Intel will look like AMD in 10 years for sure holding on to a smaller pie of the server market.
Intel will remain quite profitable. Change is nothing new for this company.
It's going to shrink and shrink and finally be bought by somebody, and/or 'parted out' via divestiture and carve-outs
It will 15-20 years for Intel to completely die out.
Intel won't bankrupt. At most it'll just shrink into some dinky company like VIA. Remember that company?

5 quarters NO way...5 years maybe if we enter into another great recession. We may be in a recession by then however.
