The demise of Intel will be bad decisions and getting bed with Jessie Jackson.
You can blame all the visas in the world and people of different color, but it will not hide the fact that BK and his management screwed things and are still doing it ... No one can help unless management wakes up and realizes who are the real performers in the company. I worked with a bunch of good people in mobile division who left (shortly after I did) purely because of frustration and clear lack of strategy. One guy was an ex-QCOM and he mentioned - QCOM has the culture to meet deadlines (hook or crook) but Intel seems very relaxed in pushing it around ...
Indian and Blacks are protected species in Intel. And being a women, is an added bonus to the special protection.
She is soooooo fake! Just puts on a smiling face for the cameras, but is a real, no nothing in disguise. Her record of blowing $10B is not a fantasy. It really happened, and yet Intel retains her services. Andy Grove would have fired her by now.
