I still have the power point presentation from the PTD Culture class we had many years ago. The leader(s) at the time (back when we had actual leaders instead of managers) knew we were losing something unique and crucial to Intel's success. They wanted to capture it. That culture of impeccable professionalism and the highest integrity lead the rest of the company through Ramp and flowed to the virtual factory. There was real palpable pride in what we did, the products we made and the problems we solved. That was when Yousef Almansi ran PTD. After his departure the culture slowly started changing. It started becoming a culture of individual aggrandizement rather than one of selfless dedication to the success of the company. The way PTD culture once led the company, its current corrupt culture of incompetent crony-ism spreads like a cancer throughout the company. Is there a cure?

So Yousef Elmansy was this great guy huh? Tell that to all the PTD Litho engineers who have to lift the deadweight that is his son. Only reason that this guy who doesn't have a PhD is in PTD is because of his last name. All other mortals need a PhD to work there. It's not as if Elmansy Jr. is Einstein reborn.

Don't know the leader you are referring to, but we can all agree that Sohail did not follow this model of integrity when he was at PTD. He was rescued by the executive board and issued away just before it's final self destruction.

Terminal illness, no cure for it. 90% of INTEL's vital body points are taken by corruption HIV virus, the lethal one. There is no surgery/cure which can extinguish 90% of integrity taken by corruption HIV, only to leave 10% of healthy tissue/body. The Death will be very slow, and very painful.

I dont know if there is a cure but i would do international contributions and get my work heard across the globe. This could be achieved in different ways. Then they have to explain to me why i did not get EE rating.
