Didn't BK increase the size of VPs by 4x in his first year in office? And then every year just more VPs are promoted. Now they cut Indians, are the Chiefs (VPs) left to do the work? Or they just get h1B slaves.

Executives get to save face and make up the story surrounding their exits. They will get pushed out, but it's not called ISP. It will be, " I'm off to pursue other great opportunities, and wow, what a great job I did, blah blah"
Just check the annual report from several years ago. Many vp level are gone. I doubt many were volunteers
I've heard of a VP that got ISP. The source is reliable. It's shame, as I admire this VP.

PEs and GMs are not VPs. There is a disparity in the HR algorithm.
They protect their own which explains why this ship is sinking.
Rani just got a job at IBM after her so called retirement. The only VP I really liked. Intel's loss is IBM's gain IMHO

37 principal engineers were given ISP, as well as 1 general manager in the new device group. Those were the highest ranking ISPs that I could tell.
Intel can save a lot of money by firing half the vps.
Lots of age discrimination, when it was the older ones that labored to bring Intel to its highest, only to have an idiot run the company down

Zero they are all amazing awesome employees. I know it seems weird to think this given that in every group under VP there is always someone that is at the bottom.
Doesn't exist with VPs though. And honestly you should be given ISP for even thinking there could be slower performing VPs.
