the risk reward ratio on risk taking very much tilted to downside with new hiring/retaining policies. Also hoping to have new recruits trained by experienced people will take a bath as much a team work between experienced people with the inflection in culture seen with this round of layoffs. You were hoping for a change you got it.

HR seems to be the fiefdom of the British - Richard Taylor inclusive. The British know the art of "managing" power and "controlling" people - How did they control an empire the crown jewel being India where they were outnumbered 1:10000?
