qww. This company announced it will get rid of 11% and if the current ISP and vsp won't get them there, another round of ISP will follow.... So dream on if you like to, but the facts are that 11% will be laid off in one way or another.
it is not layoff ...it is vsp....the word voluntary....does let it count as layoff ....so the layoffs are small compared to vsp
isn't the dol h1b certification rewoked if the company lays off massively? I mean you cannot let go 11% of employees and same time cry that you can't find local people to hire...
