Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Our "leaders" want to "aggressively" manage performance.

I'm sure we should expect no less of them than they expect of us. Therefore I am inviting everyone to open threads for "focal feedback" on any "leaders" with teams > 500. Let's see how they match up.

It's only a matter of time before one of these morons breaks a major business process or critical service - you know mfg, order, ship, never mind developing and designing new products!

Typical Intel double-speak. The literal definition of "aggressively manage performance" means that you watch for performance problems and help the employee improve. But what they mean by this phrase is that they're watching for problems for any excuse to slaughter you like an animal.

They are all spineless individuals that prefer to grade you on your mistakes rather than your successes.

There are NO LEADERS at Intel. Leaders don't push or lead their people to be slaughtered.

Only "drones" with no compassion or a backbone would do what these so called managers are doing. Pushing you to leave, maybe they'll meet their " quota " and get recognized.... Their number isn't too far behind the ones they've walked
