I personally didn't saw any diversity candidate (Womans/ Blacks) being affected.. Could be just a coincidence

The criteria made anyone hired in last 4 years immune from vsp. Second round of cuts will target employees with > 4 years experience and average rating

Didn't you see the black guy who asked the question IMMEDIATELY after BK announced the layoffs? To paraphrase, "I'll give you a passing score in hiring blacks into low-level jobs, but what about the quota for black executives?"
