I am little unsure why I did not get any VSP offer this year when Intel is in a curry right now as we all know!
I would like to mention I did get the VSP offer last year though. On the focal side, my last 3 years were all Succesful and SSL3. Any insights?
I was at grade 5 for 5 years, after joing as rcg with a masters. I have been at grade 6 for 4 years now. Got a vsp offer last year, but did not get the vsp offer this year.

Is ssl3 bad if you got it 4 years in a row?
You need to be in no better than SSL3 for 4 years
OP here. Well I did get it last year and didn't go for it. However no new this year even when focal says no improvement since then!!
If you get an offer for VSP or ERB take it and do not look back.
