When your site closure is officially announced by HR / managers, do they immediately let you know if you are eligible for relocation or not? Or do you have to wait for another week or so for your options? Any examples?

It was no more than 500 at SC site. Correct? They got rid of 100 or so? The rest will get the relocation or separation at site closure? Did they say what % will get relocation?
Obvious they do not know how to execute a layoff. It sounds like a day by day reaction.
I don't have exact numbers, but I would guess about 10% ISP, 10% VSP.

How many ISP's from your site? Did anyone get VSP offers? Or is everyone in limbo waiting for relocation or separation package?
Good luck my friend. We can hope for the best!
South Carolina. We were told we'd get verbal end of last week, early this week, but nothing yet.
What site are you at?

DCG was told yesterday by the executive VP that the employees at closing facilities would hear May 2-May 6 verbally if they will be offered relocation and get a printed offer by May 18. If you do not get a relocation offer, then you will get a package similar to VSP when your project finishes or your site closes.
We were told of site closure almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear of any relocation.
