Talk about firesale prices. My company could probably hire teo for the price of one in the u.s. given how many there are.

Just because you get a contact doesn't mean its a job offer. The recruiters contact many people. They get paid by how many people they bring to interviews so they have to cast the net wide.
Not true. I am an RFIC/mixed-signal designer and have to constantly turn down cold call recruiters. Any you know who offers the most moolah here in the USA for such skills - the Asian companies like Mediatek, Spreadtrum and Semtech
