Intel screwed up by giving this to BK. He is just an operations manager, highly overated!

It's too late for Intel. They should have shocked the high tech world three years ago with a big time outsider. Instead they opted for a couple of small fry. We are now living that mistake.

One of the few or the only exec that had success outside of Intel.

Neither BK, nor used laptop salesman (D.P.) and even less Murthy are good enough.

Intel needs someone of Robert Noyce class or Andy G to be saved and upper list is not even a shadow.

Dadi couldn't have saved Intel.

The problem is the company culture and no single man can change it.

He may have done the layoff and restructuring in a more civilized manner.

Also he was a PC guy and as a PC guy he wiuld have pushed for a PC solution. This could have slowed Intel mobile group decline but not stop it.

Didn't Dadi's team in Israel once save the company with Dothan --> Yonah/Core (under Otellini).
