Intel says it is acting from position of strength by doing mass layoff

Intel says it is acting from position of strength by doing mass layoff.

Should Intel employees take this as signal and act from the position of strength and find better job in better company. Many of good people do not know how it is outside, they should try few interviews to realize why Intel is falling.

They needed to purge the culture of entitled, spoiled, robots that have no real industry experience. Intel needs fresh experienced innovators that didn't get raised on Intel way of doing things. What once was the giant in the industry in the chip world, is now heavily dependent on skilled talent that knows how to compete out in the real world. The only way intel will be successful is getting rid of the toxic culture and making room for industry experience. Plain and simple.

Intel brought new M-exec-blabla-lie-twist-fart master of twist and awe and project screwer. He will recover Intel's bottom line. For every vacancy Intel will hire more freshly arranged marriage diversity material or totally lost RCG of the worst quality or another drop off carcass from other company, just to outdo any other high tech company in diversity efforts to show how dumb Intel can be with this new toxic mix of bad HR and lots of incompetent execs. This is post BK FoT (future of things). Buckle yourself and there is more to come, all on the way to 2020 target of half of work force which is roughly 50K, as new strategy of no more investment in PC just milk it until last while betting on IOT and servers.

If the company strategy is to no longer innovate in this phase of its life it will downsize to the bone, slow down product development in non growth markets. May also see theres only so much it can dump into server and data segment before market share errodes. So best strategy is reduce size and find efficiency s. One thing for sure the company is way to big to change course fast enough in the new economy. Any CEO of Intel would fail to grow in these times just too big and beaurocratic, as every other large corporation. Small and nimble is the prescription of the day.

Think of:

Every goliath has his stone.

Sure plenty of new people will take the job but when they see how Intel is being disrupted by ARM severely reducing/eliminating career growth they will move on. Intel will have a continuous swinging door bringing in untrained RCGs that are not productive... and every year they'll fire more veteran white guys to get average compensation down and hit the 2020 Intel quotas for skin color. Doesn't sound like execution to schedule will improve.
