It's an app that lets you post with an alias. However it does try to verify you email. They claim it's anantmous. I like the space there where the stupid posts on trump / h1b don't happen. No politics only job discussions.

I tried Blind. It hardly has any activity. This site is much better and it isn't too hard to ignore the idiots.

People won't get fired for expressing their personal opinion in a forum not associated with their employer. Also, the majority of people are adults that want genuine discussions. There is no ground for firing them even if the discussions are not anonymous. On the other hand, if the trolls really are Intel employees, then I hope they'll be fired.
