The guy mentioned in that article about India and no job cuts is a low level first line manager based in the US that is a glorified demo monkey. He has no clue what he's talking about here, is 100% wrong, and I would hope to god he got smacked down for saying something like that to the press, as clearly he's not at all press certified and can't answer questions of the press without sounding like a dumbass. If he's not forced out, they better never let this moron in front of anything resembling a press person.
