All, anyone training H1B or Indian replacement at Intel? If yes, please post your study so people are aware this is not a rare occurrence but is the norm at Intel and many did not want to believe this was the case.

Huh? All Chinese that join Intel join as H1B. Go figure your facts .
@bww if h1bs go back, they will take the jobs with them too. Wake up from slumber. It's not that you will get back your job when h1b leaves. The market is no longer only in USA and Europe but in low cost geos like China India Africa. So if you want products cheap, then design/ manufacturing costs have to come down or at least work at the rate of an Asian (Indian/Chinese/Malaysian...). The party has long been over. Get ready to work harder and harder in the years to come. Otherwise you will be jobless and spewing hatred on others for wrong reasons and it gets you no where.
We hired 4 Indian guys (in India) in my group this year and although some are being forced out of Intel (me included) they are being asked to train these people, along with the women recently hired in the 'inclusion initiatives'.

I would appreciate it if you can also teach my peeps to not blow snot into the sinks, take showers once every 2 days, wash clothes with Tide detergent, use deoderant, not to say "Right?" fifty times in a second, work on their accents by emulating that gandu Anderson Cooper, ect. Do what you must, I want them to bust freaking asses, but I also want you to transform them into cool Indians like M Night, Gupta from Tom Hanks movie, Kumar from Harold and Kumar, and me!
For White guys, you are so naive and so simple to believe the guy downstare is a Chinese H1B, no wonder you will pick an Indian as CEO.

@Chinese H1B, you are an Indian pretend to be a Chinese H1B to draw attention to Chinese. As I know there are very few Chinese H1B in Intel.
FBI should check out all Chinese H1Bs at Intel to make sure they are not sending Intel IPs to Chinese companies/government like many other cases.
