With business not picking up and doesn't look like it will for 2016, massive layoffs, failed buys, Iran hasn't even full throttled production - how in the hell is there so many SLB lines of Management sitting around with nothing to do. I don't get it, all please comment why you think this continues to carry on. If you peak into a Logistics or IT office, everyone just sitting around.

Sucking up is going on full swing. US citizens are losing jobs while SLB employees from other countries who have completed their terms are taking over their jobs as the managers are also from that country.
US should sop granting green cards to work visa's without full scrutiny.
The top brass is part of this game and knows all about it.
Because upper management gets feedback only from these people. There is no 360 degree review.
Move on guys, this industry is in downtrend, sharpening your skills and find a job somewhere else and be happy.
