Those young girls make a fraction of the small fortunes awarded to the men at ConocoPhillips and do 90% of the work. They have to flirt with the men because if they don't they are viewed as bitches. They have to flirt to keep their jobs. Those girls are the only ones keeping the company alive right now. Sit down old man.

Not threatened by the young people. I just take offense to how they (several) are thought so highly of, but they don't work the hours they are paid for.....ever! COP management often keeps young girls if they will flirt. They are all cheating the company.....flirter and recipient. I am a stockholder, so I am the company. They are cheating me!

@4ava,

Afraid? You should have been in your teens and twenties in the sixties and seventies (boomer gen) if you wanted to see the older generations afraid.

No cell phones or soc. media so parents just worried where the hell you might be at 1:00 in the morning.

Speaking truth to power (all the while wearing crazy clothes and that damn long hair)

Drugs appearing in your town and available if you wanted, though not as quickly got as today.

Drinking age was 18 (see cell phone comment)

The list goes on...

The reality is every young generation believes they got it goin' on to a higher degree than their elders and in some respects they do. But remember, it's a lot like any other multi-generational evolution in that we all stood on the shoulders of those that went before us. You did learn at least a few things from your parents didn't you? And, yes, learning what NOT to do (through your parents and elders mistakes) is still learning. So, go forth and prosper.

And good luck out there,

35'er

I'm very confused. If y'all are all the wiser and so smart and ConocoPhillips shouldn't have let y'all go, why are y'all so afraid of millennials and very bitter about our existence?

I think the target audience is actually older generations confused by millennials, but yeah duh. Why would talented young employees stay at ConocoPhillips when there are no growth opportunities and the company is unable to financially recognize and reward their contributions? Because maybe the company will be profitable in another 2-7 years? No. Bye.
