Any one know whats the pay range for Grade7 ? Lower Limit - High Limit. any info reg this is highly appreciated

I am Grade 8 Technical PM earning only a base salary of $120K, so I am being exploited.
The poster below is lying, top end for a 6 is ~$120k. @1sab's $100-$130k sounds about right for a 7. You can find out the range for your own grade level by searching "pay modeling application" in circuit. It's at the top.
Thought the same. From earlier reports just after the layoff announcements many were reporting salary. They were significantly lower.

Glassdoor.com reports much much lower salary averages than what was just reported here. Go take a look especially for Dupont. G6 Dupont person must have many years at G6 level?

grade 6 of how many years and hardware or which? That seems high for G6 hardware from what others had earlier stated.

For positions in my department they are hiring at around 115k base (no geo differential, i.e. In Oregon), but it will depend on specific job title (r&d engineer here). G7 can get up to 170k total comp with good stock rating and bonuses, more with geo diff and other factors. You can expect grade 7 in HR to be much lower.
