I am not coming back to the hell. I am happy where I am. All ISPs will never ever be rehired per the letter. Also I wonder who is thinking about coming back to put his mouth in the sh--hole..
Yes, as a 2015 ISP'ed I was told Intel won't rehire me. Ever.
I've been thinking about it, and even if they call me right now and offer twice what I was doing... No way I'm coming back.
So the feeling is mutual
Reality Check: why on earth would you consider going back after getting ISP'ed?!?

Last day for 2015 ISP was 7/15/15. No rehire was specified in ISP letter.
My co-worker who was ISP'd July 2015 was told that Intel will not rehire him. Period.
