Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Cobra

For someone who took and ERP how does the cobra work? Package says subsidized, but what is the split? Curious

I believe the OP is asking if Intel covers the entire COBRA premium, or if the ex-employee will still have to contribute the amount that has been coming from every paycheck. In my case that is about $400 per month, so it's an important question.

Cobra will send a package once Intel lets them know your decision to stay or leave. You have to enroll between June 1-July 29th. It shouldn't be any different from you current coverage with whichever heLthcare you selected

For the ERP they will pay the amount for the coverage you have it place for 18 months. For me it's ~$950 a month. You cannot change the plan.
