What are grade 5,6,7 design engineers designations?

Like senior design engineer etc? Can someone clarify?

Information below is total comp, not base pay, which doesn't tell the whole thing. Intel pays well with respect to industry, especially in good bonus years. Of course not as good as Google or Facebook, but good against many other companies. In Oregon, Intel is among the top in terms of pay, especially for non software or electrical engineering positions (like process engineer).

Grades 3-9 are somewhat linear from 60k to 250k. Grade 10-11 can be 300-600k, and then $1M+ for higher grades. Roughly.
