The truth is HR is infiltrated by Indian. As everyone knows Indian practice hiring from their own colours. So that is why you see so many Indians compared to other minority races.

Truth. Intel is among the worst when it comes to age discrimination. Ironically with it's highly specialized jobs and tremendously complex and intertwined design/production systems it is shooting itself in the foot as it offers VSP across the board based on stock level. What idiot thought of that criteria?! Critical skills will be lost and countless programs will fall (further) behind. And for those that stay add to that the toll of seeing honest, loyal, hard-working employees of 20+ years treated like common criminals. I for one am setting myself up for the next round of VSP/ISP. I will ensure that I get an SSL4 or worse and line up a job during next focal. What used to be one of the best employers in the world filled with honor and integrity is a rotting husk of mismanagement, incompetence and greed.
