Check the ACT page for an updated Q&A. New question added yesterday about whether people offered VSP are likely to get ISP later. Intel response indicates that people will continue to be cut and that if you don't take VSP you are unlikely to get a comparable offer later. And, yes, ISP is very possible. In other words, time to hit the road.
