Does anyone knows if with the laptops that are being released from laid offs plus the lessened number of people requiring laptops refresh then would laptop refresh programs be accelerated?

No. All of the confiscated laptops are needed to assemble a new laptop with a keyboard large enough for Murthy to type on without hitting three keys each time
