Seems more like a psychological warfare weapon instead of a tool. It connects to almost every American Company out there. Curious to its country of origin. Sadly, it reflects how bad things might be in the American workplace.

Rajiv, is that you worried about what country host this web site. I bet you live is a sh-- hole country and don't have food to eat and rink from sewage
No, OP it only reflects on how bad things are at Intel. Intel is not a microcosm of the world, nor is this website. Diversion won't help the 12,000 find jobs and it also won't help Intel find a strategy.
The indian starts to complain again now.

People are suffering because they were laid off? Oh no, bought a house they couldn't afford? An overpriced vehicle? Sounds like first world problems. Try not living above your means next time or how about planning on the fact you chose to work in a sector where you have no worker rights. Billions of people live in poverty and you self-entitled aholes have the nerve to claim suffering. How pathetic. Pick yourself up and get on with your lives. Prove you are better than that.
life is hard

How bad they "might" be? Do you live in isolation? Do you work out here?
Nasty? What is nasty is 12,000 layoffs, broken lives, mass upheavals of families and all the heartache and chaos that follows. and you are worried about a blog site that's not all rainbows and unicorns???? you think life exists only on a computer screen ? take a look around around and see some real people suffering Thank goodness this site exists for people to vent and in some cases share information, if you dont like it dont read it
Nice try HR.
