So are best team survey was today at T9479 what a surprise over 18 years with the company this is the first time I seen a G.M. in the room watching over us as we took are BTS unbelievable,for the last 4 years it's been extremely bad BTS hmmmm so I figure she's there to intimidate us to get positive BTS anybody else has had there G.M. in there as you take your BTS?

This will be the third year in a row we haven't received the results from our survey.
Guess our STL wasn't happy with the results. Would be nice to get them.
This GM is getting rid of the wrong people. She just had a 21 year old hard worker fired for having his equipment partially in the faded fire lane on the inbound dock. This kid did everything right and yet was let go because the wicked witch of target.com has a fetish for power. Sad what is going on. Very sad how she has treated the good workers. She will go . The bad ones always do.

A couple of years ago my SGM told us to make all favorable comments as it affected his annual performance review.
I was thinking the samething integrity hot line it lasted 1 week brought us in groups first 3 days general manager on Friday it was are senior gl smdh
I never had them watch over but they make sure team members are taking them even though it's suppose to be optional. They always try to influence opinions by creating events in the breakroom around survey time as well as volunteer events that are non existent the rest of the year
If you aren't able to make honest choices... I say stir the pot as much as you can. Integrity hotline anonymously with name of GM, and the date it happened... I guarantee people will be sh--ting their pants.
Happened to me for years. Also directed to avoid certain answers. Little symptoms big problems.
