Except white men can not hire only white men (in my experiences). I did work in a team of Indians that had 1 white woman and 2 white men. There was a redeployment and the white woman got it. I saw the writing on the wall and got out as fast as I could. Hardly a diverse group.
there is nothing virtuous about it. sounds more like a vicious cycle.
Is this the same logic as white men hire only men and diverse people hire more diverse people ?
