Does anyone have any idea what the median times are for Grades 6,7 and 8.

It all depends on how well you go with the manager. In BA only that works and people have gone from 8 to 10 in 3 years
I spent 3 yrs as a 6. 3 yrs as a 7. And 3 yrs so far as an 8
This implies an endless supply of RCGs feeding in at the bottom, which we have not had in US for many years. Means less 'doers' more ppt jockeys trying to be strategic.

It is relative to "your group", but they didn't say if it was job code, organizational group, or some other classification.
I can't believe you guys are still on this BS. They make up the rules.
I've also heard median is around 4 years.
I joined as grade 6. Took me 4 years to reach grade 7.
