Big corporation, managers use their title, position to take advantage of woman, young ladies within the company. One piece of advice - go straight to HR Legal, if that goes no where, hire a lawyer.

There are always some form of good ol' boys group. Does a rape victim ask to be raped, NO. The same applies on sexual harassment. Such hatred when one gives advice to incoming interns. Only doubt casted upon this are from scorned men. So very sad of an environment.

I don't believe OP at all. I have known of several instances of sexual harassment against women and all have been dealt with swiftly and the man was fired very quickly. If anybody at Intel feels they have been discriminated against, simply open a case with HR and I guarantee it will be dealt with.

You are correct, it does happen and they are still working. So much that goes on is unbelievable, most of it is the night shift. If these girls have any morals they would not date these married men, not even to move up. Hopefully they are found out and fired on the spot.

Sure this happens. Have you ever wonder why she is your boss and yet she is clueless. To move up you must first go down, I'm sure many women take advantage of this situation at intel. The ones who complain about it are the ones who achieved limited success.

Why do many people need names to believe this? So many people here complained about their managers and no one was asked to name the manager they we're talking about. Why should this be different? This itself shows how difficult it is for women at Intel. The have to go to extra lengths to prove something when if a man said that, it would be accepted without question.

Yes, I certainly believe this to be true. Problem for these guys is theynthinkma lot higher of themselves than others do. They never really make it up the ladder but simply pretend to.
